The timing is always impeccable. 😅

But here’s the different between the fit healthy parent you see at drop off and the one that constantly starts and stops…

The healthy parent knows to bend the plan when life hits, not abandon themselves…

The ones who struggle for years, haven’t required the all or nothing mindset yet.

The thing about being a busy parent who’s committed to their health…
You know how to navigate through the waves of parent life.

You don’t wait for the seas to be calm.

Because consistency for a busy parent doesn’t mean perfect.

One bad week doesn’t undo the work. It’s just a week.

I thought I was eating fine.

Turns out I was only hitting 1400 calories a day.

Not because I was dieting. Because I was so busy taking care of everyone else — I forgot to take care of me.

And my body was paying the price.

Slow metabolism. Zero energy. Fat loss at a complete standstill.
Sound familiar?

Most busy parents aren’t eating too much. They’re not eating nearly enough.

My body needs 2000 to 2200 calories to feel strong, burn fat and have energy for my days.

When I actually hit that number — everything shifts.

I spent years undereating and chasing a body I never reached. I won’t let that be your story too.

Stop waiting for life to calm down.
It won’t.

You don’t need some perfectly planned meal plan with prep on Sunday and fancy recipes.

A protein bar between pickup and dinner counts.
A 5-minute breakfast counts.
One decent meal today counts.

Busy parents don’t need perfect weeks.

They need small choices they can actually repeat.

Done beats perfect every time.
Systems that make the healthy choice the easy choice change the game.

If you reflect and realize you’ve been in this cycle for years, take this as your sign to start a new path :)
