FAMILY Bootcamps!! 🏋‍♀️🏋

Great for the whole family, to help get everyone moving!

• Bootcamp for Families! (Parents & Kids, Grandparents & Grandkids, Aunts/Uncles & Nieces/Nephews, any Adults & Kids)
• Bootcamp is for the Adults & Kids (both will be participating)
• Mix of Class Format (everyone doing the same exercise at the same time) & Circuit Training (everyone doing a different exercise/station at the same time)
• Mix of individual exercises, partner exercises, and games for kids
• Fullbody workout including Warm Up & Cool Down.

My goal for this bootcamp is just to have some fun, get kids moving & help create a bonding experience for Adult(s) & Kid(s)

Include your kids when you can!

- Include your kids when you workout/exercise.
- Include your kids when you're cooking/making lunches.
- Include your kids in your morning/night routine.
- Include your kids when you're cleaning.
- Etc.

Include your kids more often. I know sometimes this is not ideal, and you can definitely have time for yourself. But Include your kids when you can, remember that your kids are observing and watching you. They pick up on your routines and habits.

They're copying
- how you move
- how you eat
- how you handle challenges & stress
- how you treat yourself & others
- etc.

You are their role model. Lead by example, show them that taking care of yourself doesn't have to be a chore.

Your habits today become their normal tomorrow ✨️

Tips for staying on track during the Holidays ❄️🎄 
• Have a plan / Set yourself up for Success
• Move your body - Workout / Stretch 
• Stay hydrated - Drink lots of water 
• Get plenty of Rest / Sleep 
• Prep some better snacks to have before / after parties / gatherings 
• Stay Accountable 
• Incorporate Balance / Moderation 
• Listen to your Hunger Cues / Be Mindful
• Set boundaries 
• Stay Positive
• Enjoy yourself / Have fun
• Move on

Progress Tracking ✨️

Jan 2025 ➡️ Dec 2025

I pretty much weigh the same in both of these pictures. But tons of other Progress has been made throughout the year!

A lot of my progress this year has been mentally, and just exercising to feel good, and help reduce my stress. I've gotten into a pretty solid morning routine and routine before bed, which has made a big difference. Plus I'm loving all the Non-Scale Victories:
- I'm feeling stronger
- I'm feeling more confident
- I'm feeling more mindful and overall a bit less anxious
- Im starting to slowly love my body again, after having 3 kids

There are so many different ways you can track your progress, OTHER than just weighing yourself. Some of my favourite ways to track progress that DON'T INCLUDE the scale are:
> Taking Before & After Pictures/Video.
> Taking Measurements.
> Keeping a Journal - Tracking workout / etc.
> Fitness Assessments
> Etc.

Also I encourage you to celebrate the Non-Scale Victories, like:
》 Your clothes fitting better.
》 You're sleeping better.
》 You're feeling more positive/motivated.
》 You're being more consistent.
》 Your mood is better.
》 You're feeling less pain/soreness (Example - Knee pain, arthritis, etc.)
》 Etc.

Remember that you have to be patient and put in the work to see the results! This is not a linear process, you will have good days and bad days. But continue to show up, try your best, and be consistent! All those small things that you're doing everyday will make a big difference long term, aslong as you stick with it!

If you're not seeing the progress or results that you want, ask yourself -
1. "Am I showing up for myself consistently?"
2. "Am I trying my best and challenging myself?"
3. "Have I been showing up consistently for atleast four weeks?"
4. "Am I having fun?"
If your answers are YES then KEEP GOING! The progress will come. If your answers are no, then maybe sit down, re-organize and KEEP TRYING. Progress and results take time. But you also have to put in the work 🔥🔥

Enjoy the process and enjoy the journey ❤️
