Into the trees
Dans la forêt
Whether it's to celebrate life, get away from the city, breath fresh air, change our mood or feel better, there's nothing like being in nature. It's the best way to reconnect to self, others, animals and nature. Taking the time to see, breath, feel and listen, without talking, is one step closer to our peace of mind. It's one of the best medicine available to us to feel good and heal physically and mentally. Don't forget to bring lots of water, healthy snacks (I chose apples and dates for this hike) and to be a mode of transportation for you pet if they need it. You'll see, it has happened to me before, with my first dog Ocho and now with Moony!
For tips to reconnect on a deeper level into the forest to yourself, animals and nature, and then others, visit my website and let's chat!
