I have been a Beachbody coach for a little over a year now and it has been the best decision I have ever made. I have tried many fad diets in my time and some have worked great and some not so great. The thing I love about Beachbody, specifically the 21 Day Fix, is that it is not a diet, it is a lifestyle. I get to incorporate exercise, which I love, as well as eating healthy, which makes me feel

so great! Yes, you have to limit the crap you eat but that crap you are eating makes you feel like crap. When you eat well, you feel well and the energy, well, the energy is amazing. I used to crash at 8pm and not have energy to play with my kids and now I go to work and then come home, make a healthy dinner and play with my kids for the evening. I need this energy as I have 3 very small little girls who require lots of attention. The workouts are short and intense and then you are done for the day, but, you don't really stop. You are so energized, you still want to go for that walk in the evening, you want to run around and play with your kids, you want to eat healthy! If you are thinking about trying this program or any other Beachbody programs, don't hesitate, you will love them. You will never make a better decision to take control of your health and wellbeing!

Plantar fasciitis is likely the most common diagnosis seen in our clinic. It is defined as a painful, localized syndrome affecting the plantar fascia. It is a degenerative syndrome resulting from repeated micrograms usually to the origin of the plantar fascia.

It is estimated to affect approximately 10% of the population over the course of a lifetime (Crawford, Alkins, and Edwards, 2000) and is typically the most common cause of heel pain.

Orthotic devices are a common treatment to help combat the pain of this condition. If you suspect you may have plantar fasciitis, call to book with our pedorthist.

Hello September!

This is my favorite time of year and I am so looking forward to getting back to a routine.

September is shaping up to be a busy month so if you are also looking at getting back to routine, you should book in soon to get your new orthotics.

We will be in Amherst on September 21, 2022 at the Amherst Pharmasave so if you are in that area, give Heather a call or call our office directly and we can book you in.

We are in the process of confirming some Windsor dates and we will keep you posted on that over the next week.

We also have times available at our Dartmouth, Tantallon, Bedford, Sackville and Halifax locations.

Hello May!!

After a very busy month of April, we are looking forward to a busy May!

We will be in Amherst on May 18, please give our office a call if you are looking for an appointment in that location.

We will be updating our Windsor dates this week.

We now are seeing people in Bedford, Fall River, Tantallon, Sackville, Dartmouth and Halifax. We hope to add a few more locations this month and will be sure to keep you updated.

The weather is getting warmer and it is time to get out a move. Make sure your orthotic devices are up to date and you have good supportive foot wear to carry you through the spring, summer and fall.

April is here and I am loving the longer days. I am also seeing so many more people out and about walking and enjoying the sun! With this though, we are booking up now as people are noticing that they need new Orthotics and shoes. If you haven't booked in yet, give a call. Well hello January 2022!

Last year was great and we were able to help so many people stay active with either orthotic devices, shoes 👞 👟 or braces. It is so crucial at this time to stay active and healthy and we are ready to take your appointments for 2022.

We will be at Amherst Pharmasave on January 18. Please call Heather at the Pharmasave or our office to book your appointment.

We have evening appointments available in Tantallon on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

We have evening appointments on Wednesday at our Halifax location.
