✨ Chakra Balance Sound Series Continues Tomorrow ✨

Tomorrow evening we’ll be exploring two powerful energy centers: the Sacral Chakra and the Solar Plexus Chakra.

🌊 Sacral Chakra – the center of creativity, emotions, pleasure, and connection.

☀️ Solar Plexus Chakra – the center of confidence, personal power, self-worth, and motivation.

When these energy centers are balanced, we often feel more inspired, confident, connected to ourselves, and empowered to move forward in life with greater ease.

Each session includes a discussion on the chakras, simple practices to support balance in everyday life, and concludes with a 30–40 minute crystal singing bowl sound bath designed to help you relax, unwind, and reset.

Next Monday from 6–7 PM at Breathing Space Yoga Studio in Tantallon, we continue our Chakra Balancing Series as we explore the Sacral Chakra + Solar Plexus Chakra — diving into creativity, confidence, self-worth, emotions, personal power, and connection to self.

Each session includes discussion, grounding practices, reflection, and a 35–40 minute crystal bowl sound bath designed to help calm the nervous system and bring the body back into balance.
