Peroneal nerve glide⚡️🔧
L4-S2
° The MOST commonly affected nerve in the lower extremity.
°Often this nerve gets stuck due to injury like a break/fracture in the foot, fibula or knee or from compression injuries- even from boots/ shoes being too tight around the lateral malleolus (ankle bone).
This move is an assessment and a treatment.
Where you feel the tension is where the entrapment is. This means you can adjust your floss around your entrapment!
Feeling the tension in your hip? Lessen hip flexion down to 45° from 90°
In your knee? Lessen the knee extension
In your foot? Lessen the ankle inversion
Message to learn the best adjustment for YOU🫵
☆Make sure your head is neutral while your stretching your leg.☆ just like when you floss your teeth, you don't pull at both ends, you move back and forth☆
