Blooming steady since July!
One of the easiest herbs to grow.
I use the tea and tincture of calendula to support clients with lymphatic stagnation and swelling. It reduces inflammation along the GIT.
It's a classic topical remedy for a range of skin ailments, prepared as an infused oil, compress, poultice or bath. I've personally had remarkable results using it on the skin.
I've included it in several sitz bath teas recently, for expecting mothers, as part of their after-birth care.
My level 2 herb class did an attunement with calendula in September, some were moved to tears by its generosity of medicine and spirit. Our hearts glowed with orange/yellow love light.
