While you’re going about your Wednesday, I’m thinking about Sunday! 😉

There’s always more preparation involved in getting the booth ready than you might imagine—choosing what to bring, organizing creations, making sure things are stocked, and deciding what deserves that special spot on the table.

And yes… sometimes I change my mind about what I’m bringing approximately 47 times. 😂💎

But that’s part of the fun!

That’s part of the beauty of working with natural stones—each piece can have its own personality and appearance. 💎

So if your crystal doesn’t look exactly like another one you’ve seen online, that doesn’t necessarily mean something is wrong with it.

Sometimes the best place to begin is simply by learning its name, noticing its colours and patterns, and paying attention to what draws you toward it. ✨

Then you can explore its traditional meanings, care requirements, and different ways people incorporate it into their practices.

⚠️ One Thing You Should Never Assume About Crystals ⚠️

Not every stone or crystal is safe to place in water.

Some stones can soften, flake, rust, lose their polish, release unwanted substances, or become permanently damaged when soaked. Even stones that appear solid may contain small cracks that allow water inside.

Before using water to cleanse a crystal, always identify the stone and check whether water is safe for it.

When you’re uncertain, choose a gentle dry method such as sound, smoke, moonlight, or simply holding the stone while setting a cleansing intention. 💎

✨ Crystal Cleansing Tip ✨

Sound is one of the simplest ways to cleanse your crystals—and it doesn’t require placing them in water or direct sunlight.

You can use:

🔔 A bell
🎶 A singing bowl
👏 Gentle clapping
🎵 Calming music or chanting

Place your crystals nearby and allow the sound to move through the space around them. This is especially helpful when cleansing several stones at once.

Simple, gentle, and suitable for almost every crystal in your collection. 💜

💎 Did You Know? 💎

Cleansing and charging a crystal are not quite the same thing.

✨ Cleansing is intended to clear away energy the stone may have collected.

✨ Charging is intended to refresh the stone and reconnect it with the purpose or intention you have chosen for it.

You can cleanse a crystal before setting a new intention, after someone else handles it, or whenever it simply feels like it needs refreshing.
