Wearables already give us wellness guidance. So Exercise Science cohost Martin Gibala asks, what will it be like to have a wearable in five or 10 years? Where is the longevity and wellness technology market headed?

But do we actually want that? “I think there’s going to be a backlash—that people aren’t going to want it to be that invasive,” LeBlanc says.
