Our Half-Day Therapeutic Camps offer a unique blend of creativity, connection, and skill-building in a small, supportive group led by child and family therapists.

Through guided play, art, movement, storytelling, and hands-on activities, children build confidence, strengthen emotional awareness, and learn to navigate friendships and big feelings in real time.

This is more than a camp - it’s a space where kids are supported to grow through everyday moments of play, connection, and skill-building. 💛

We are grateful for the recent opportunity we had to connect with families and young athletes at the Hamilton Girls Hockey Association tournament held locally in Hamilton 🏒💙

Our team had a table at the event and we were thrilled to engage with so many incredible kids, teens, and parents in the community. From our “What’s Your Reset Move?” board (swipe to see some of the powerful responses 👀) to our spin-the-wheel conversations, it was inspiring to see athletes openly share how they cope with big emotions, manage pressure, and build confidence both on and off the ice.

Hearing how players reset after tough shifts, calm their nerves before games, and move through frustration was a wonderful reminder of why these conversations matter in youth sports.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared their experiences, and engaged with us, and to our amazing team for showing up with such care, energy, and passion 💙
