Sometimes burnout doesn’t look “dramatic”—it just feels like a quiet disconnection from yourself and your life.

You might notice you don’t have the same emotional capacity you used to. Things that once felt simple now feel heavy, and even rest doesn’t seem to recharge you in the same way. There can be a sense of numbness, irritability, or just feeling “off” without knowing exactly why.

Emotional burnout often happens when you’ve been pushing through for too long without enough space to process, feel, or recover.

You’re not meant to carry everything on your own 🤍

Not all anxiety is obvious. It doesn’t always show up as panic or visible worry. Sometimes it’s quiet, internal, and easy to miss—even for the person experiencing it.

Anxiety can live beneath the surface, shaping thoughts, behaviours, and how someone moves through their day. Just because it’s not seen, doesn’t mean it’s not felt.

If this resonates, you’re not alone 🤍

Move your body, boost your mood 🧠

Physical activity isn’t just beneficial for your body, it plays a key role in mental health and emotional well-being.

Reducing Stress
Exercise helps regulate the body’s stress response by lowering cortisol levels and activating the parasympathetic nervous system. This can lead to a greater sense of calm, improved clarity, and reduced feelings of overwhelm.

Improving Mood
Movement stimulates the release of neurotransmitters such as endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine chemicals that support mood regulation, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

Boosting Self-Esteem
Engaging in regular movement can enhance self-efficacy and confidence. Following through on small, consistent actions builds a sense of competence and can positively influence body image and self-perception.

Increasing Energy
Contrary to common belief, physical activity can increase energy levels. Improved circulation, oxygen delivery, and sleep quality all contribute to greater alertness and sustained focus throughout the day.
You don’t need an intense routine to experience these benefits.

Consistent, manageable movement can have a meaningful impact over time.

Sometimes, the strongest people are the ones silently carrying the most.

Therapy is not about “fixing” you.
It’s about creating space for self-awareness, healing, growth, and support as you navigate life.

You deserve support, not shame.

A gentle reminder …

Healing doesn’t always look like productivity.
Sometimes it looks like slowing down enough to notice the birds 🪺

If you’re “high-functioning,” people may not realize how much you’re carrying.
You meet expectations. You show up. You get things done.
But underneath that, there’s pressure, overthinking, and exhaustion.

High-functioning anxiety can feel like:
• Always being “on”
• Struggling to rest without guilt
• Feeling stuck in cycles you can’t seem to break

Just because you’re coping doesn’t mean you’re okay.

You don’t have to wait until things get worse to get support.
I offer a compassionate, inclusive space where we can slow things down and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Hi, I am ìfé...

Healing is not about having everything figured out. Sometimes, it simply begins with feeling safe enough to be honest about what you’re carrying.

As an intern therapist, I am passionate about creating a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where individuals can feel seen, heard, and supported through life’s challenges and transitions.

Whether you are navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, trauma, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, you do not have to go through it alone.

My hope is to walk alongside you one conversation at a time.

Currently accepting new clients.
