Today was one of our monthly meet up events for eastendyoga. The location that was selected was Cravings Co. There slogan is “where every bite means more.”

That is truly the case for the one located on 29 Barton St. E. hamilton - we were just blown out of the water today. A spot was reserved by the window for our group, welcomed us with napkins, all wrapped up - they brought a sampler to the table of some of the things that they offer , we placed our beverage orders and sat down, and then another sample tray was brought out with all of the homemade breads that they make there, the service was amazing. We will definitely go back. The food is amazing and the prices are right on.!

Honestly we felt like royalty! The staff- I wish I had their names- were the greatest!

Thank you for welcoming us into your business.

For the usual coffee people that come out monthly , you missed a real treat today and I highly recommend you checking them out! 🙏 check out the photos.

Well, it might not be spring like outside. But today, the yoga ladies brought spring indoors to the revival art and café store.

Always a great group when we all get together.

Great morning spent with these amazing women- attending the Women with Passion and Purpose.
Great speakers, all to raise funds and awareness for Hago!

At this annual one day event we were reminded - Her Health, Her Power, and the Journey of gratefulness- which Fit nicely for the students of East End Yoga- as many are journaling of gratitude in various was.

It’s this event each year that we get to come together for 4 or 5 hours and celebrate-

This evening mark the last yoga class at Pioneer Memorial United Church. For the past 13+ years this has been home for East End Yoga- it has been a space, a home and a community that I have been very grateful and blessed to be a part of.

I was very moved to have the room this evening, filled to the brim for our last class. 🙏🙏

The new spring season, we’ll begin a new chapter, just down the street at 1831 King Street East. The Church of the Nativity.
