- Approximately 250,000 sweat glands in a pair of human feet

- Feet produce approximately 1/2 pint (118ml) of sweat per day

- Feet naturally change with age (size)

- 26 bones and 33 joints in each foot

- 19 intrinsic muscles (located entirely in the foot) and 10 extrinsic muscles (originate in the lower leg but runs into the foot)

The Seniors Care Grant program provides funding to assist seniors with household and healthcare service costs. There is still time to apply, application deadline is March 31, 2026. Applications can be done online or mail.

This care grant can be used for healthcare services, household services and home heating.

Eligibility: As of this year, individuals with a household income up to $45,100 can apply, an increase from the previous limit of $37,500.

Annual Benefit: The grant offers $750 annually to help cover essential services.
