Monday Morning Thought

So often we worry about change. Will our life be different when we make a change. We often worry about what we will loose and not be aware of what we gain.
When I started to create change in my life, I paid attention to how I felt around certain people, or places. I paid attention to how my energy felt....does this situation make me feel happy, sad....I learned that I can't change the people or even the environment. but I could change me. I started letting go of expectations and looking at the truth. No more complaining about someone, if they didn't work in my life, I started to eliminate the time I spent with them.
It was wonderful to let go of what wasn't a benefit for my life.

Making little changes with people or situations can change your life to bring in more Joy or Peace.

Life is full of twists and turns. Never the staright road we think it will be. Often we can get stuck in the turn, the path, what fork to take.....in the end, we always find our way.

The importance of finding the blessing in these curves and waves is crutial. We want to learn from our experiences...it's why you are here. Earth is a school, teaching you to enjoy the experiences.....it is always temporary....keep moving forward....this too will pass!

We all have an essence.....a special scent...and chemical soaps and perfume may react with an offensive response. Using clean, chemical free, nontoxic products is more natural for our skin. Using a bar to clean rather than mask or cover up odor is key to good hygiene.

I use to spend so much time pleasing others. I would run around trying to do everything to feel I was enough.
The more I did, the more I felt like I wasn't enough...expecially for some.

One day I picked up this book and realized I was enough, I was everything I needed to be. "The Four Agreements" made me see that I was trying to please others but I never felt pleased myself.

It was life changing......
