Hi Everyone.

Today I finished up all of my appointments for 2024 and I wanted to say a big thank you to each and every client for their continued support. It has been a pleasure to treat each client ❤️

And of course i didn’t forget, the much anticipated prize draw for a gift certificate valued at $96.60 / 45 Minute Massage Therapy Session;

- Each client who had scheduled appointments with me from December 2nd - December 20th has had a number assigned to them for confidentiality reasons, and I have written each and every one of you into the list for the draw (including people who purchased gift certificates).
You’ll notice a few numbers that have been entered multiple times, that is because there may have been multiple appointments for said client. Rather than having a couple numbers to remember, I’ve written them in per appointment.

Because client information is strictly confidential, each client will be given a number that they are made aware of, and will be drawn on December 20th. They will then be messaged personally to schedule the use of their gift certificate, which ever way they would like, meaning if you win, the gift certificate can be used for someone else.☺️

Hi Everyone!

A big thank you to all of my clients for their patience as I am just getting back to work after a well needed break to recover and get back on my feet.

I am currently accepting new clients and taking appointments for existing clients to get everyone back on track- i’ve missed you all.

My online booking is available once again to make your own appointments, or feel free to contact me personally so i can make your appointments (this can be through facebook messenger or text messages and calls). Please be patient as i have a long list of people wanting appointments.

*** I am limiting myself to fewer appointments for the time being to ensure i don’t overdo it as I am still recovering. This may mean a little bit of a wait time to get scheduled in for an appointment as i cannot continue at the same pace I used to for the next couple weeks. ***

Based on the interest of my clients, I will be placing a very large order of some products I use here at the clinic. Pricing will depend on the number of people interested, as bulk shipments have discounts.

Level 4; Private Healthcare Clinics are allowed to reopen in accordance with guidelines.
Stability Therapeutic Massage is reopened as of Monday, March 1, 2021.

I want to continue to thank all of the people of Harbour Breton and the Coast of Bays for their continued compassion and support as we deal with the COVID-19 Pandemic, with the added stress of the UK Variant, B117.

All of the policies I have in place are in line with the requirements set out by our Chief Medical Officer, recommendations and requirements of National and Provincial regulatory bodies (CMTNL/NLMTA)
For your safety, my safety, and the safety of our families- we continue to follow these measures:
* Clients that have been requested to isolate will not be treated.
* Clients who have travelled out of the province within the last 14 days will not be treated.
* Clients who have been in close contact with a known case OR suspected case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days will not be treated.
We will not see clients experiencing any of the following symptoms:
- Fever/Signs of a fever: including chills, sweats, muscle aches, lightheadedness;
- Cough;
- Headache;
- Sore throat;
- Painful swallowing;
- Runny nose;
- Diarrhea;
- Loss of sense of smell and/or taste;
- Unexplained loss of appetite; or
- Small red or purple spots on your hands and/or feet.

****Please do not arrive at the clinic until your scheduled treatment time****
(We ask that if you arrive early that you kindly wait in your vehicle until your appointment time and call or text to see if it is ok to enter.)
* I ask you to put on a mask prior to entering the clinic and once you enter please sanitize your hands at the sanitizing station.
* For the full duration of the appointment, masks and/or face coverings must stay on, covering the nose and mouth completely.
* The front desk counters, chairs, treatment room tables and equipment, washroom, and door k***s are being cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis with medical grade disinfectant between each patient.
* Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment where possible

Newfoundland and Labrador enter Alert Level 4; with the Exception of the Avalon Peninsula, which will remain in level 5.

Here is where you can find all the information you need based on the measures put in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Wishing a speedy recovery to all of the people who have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

⚠️ : Effective midnight tonight (February 27th, 12am) NL outside of the Avalon Peninsula will move into Alert Level 4.

Alert Level 5 will be maintained on the Avalon for the next 2 weeks, as there is still a risk of community transmission of COVID-19.

PUBLIC SPACES AND GATHERINGS:

• Gatherings at funerals, burials, weddings, and religious and cultural ceremonies are expanded to 10 people as long as physical distancing can be maintained.

• Public visitations and wakes remain prohibited.

• Informal gatherings are limited to those in your bubble.

RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES;

• Outdoor playgrounds and equipment can be used, were owner/operators allow.

• Gym and fitness facilities, yoga studios, swimming pools, tennis and squash facilities, and arenas are closed.

• Dance studios and performance spaces remain closed.

• Group and team sport, arts and recreation activities are suspended.

• Outdoor activities, including walking, hiking, or riding your bike, are encouraged as long as physical distancing can be maintained and you are not required to self-isolate for any reason.

HEALTH CARE SERVICES:

• Regional health authorities will begin to allow some health care services to resume.

• Private health care clinics can reopen in accordance with guidelines.

• Visitor restrictions in health care remain in place.

• Visitation in long term care, personal care homes, and assisted living facilities will be expanded.

BUSINESSES AND SERVICES:

• Child care services are expanded to full capacity.

• Retail stores, including those in shopping malls, can open at 50 per cent capacity.

• Personal service establishments, including spas, esthetic services, hair salons, body piercing, tattooing and tanning salons, can open in accordance with guidelines.

• Bars and lounges are closed.

• Cinemas and bingo halls are closed.

• Restaurants remain closed for in-person dining.
