☀️🌿 Mindful Garden Midsummer 🌿☀️
The longest days of the year are an invitation to linger a little longer in the garden.
Kick off your shoes and feel the warm grass beneath your feet. Taste a strawberry straight from the plant. Follow the wandering path of a bumblebee or ladybug through the garden. Pick a handful of flowers to brighten your kitchen table.
As twilight lingers, spend ten quiet minutes outside. Listen to the birds settling for the night, breathe in the scent of herbs and roses, and look for signs of young wildlife beginning their own summer adventures.
And because it is Midsummer… make a wish. Write it down in your garden journal and tuck it between the pages like a pressed flower. In the Nordic tradition, Midsummer reminds us that light, abundance, and a little bit of magic are all around us if we slow down enough to notice.
May this season bring you simple joys, muddy feet, and moments of wonder. ✨🌿
