Keeping the facial toner in the fridge. My skin hurts usually a bit or really dry after exfoliating, I really really love this stuff. Wow!
I wash my face then exfoliate, then mist my face with it then it drys, lotion.
Not a single burn, hurt or nothing. Tingles as it drys but not much! In love. No residue, no oil, just soaks in❤️

Some of my best advice for people that suffer with anxiety is to regularly work out, get the right rest and take a multi vitamin or shake. Our natural endorphins are awesome when they come to aid us.
Create time for you! It is essential to lower the stress which put us on a higher level already when a panic attack comes on.
