Do you see a field full of weeds, or do you see a field full of wishes, colour, and life?
How many of us spend time pulling dandelions up, trying to remove them, seeing them as something that shouldn't be there. Yet they are often one of the first flowers to appear in spring, bringing colour after a long winter.
For me, dandelions are a reminder of resilience, hope, and transformation. They grow where they are planted sometimes in the darkest of places bringing colour and life where they are needed most, and reminding us that beauty and value can often be found in places we might otherwise overlook.
It's a reminded that the things we are quick to judge, remove, or wish away can hold value that we have not taken the time to notice. Perhaps it is not about what we are looking at, but the lens through which we choose to see it.
I choose to see a field full of wishes, colour, and possibility.
