Jeanette is a busy mom of 3 who home schools and runs a side business called the “Cool Beans” teaching other kids life skills on their farm. She had already started her fitness journey at Positive Image Fitness by attending 4-5 small group training classes/week. But when the opportunity came up to take her transformation to the next level, she jumped in with both feet!

Jeanette had been doing the training, now she needed the nutrition to support her training and fat loss goals.

She was done with the yo-yo dieting, cutting out foods and programs that didn’t work for her stage of life.

Jeanette ate “clean” with 95% of all her meals being home cooked, BUT it was the portions AND where most of her calories were coming from that needed some tweaking to take her transformation to the next level, and next level she did!

And this transformation didn’t happen in restriction or cutting out food groups or adding endless cardio to her already busy life.

It happened with consistency, not perfection.

Jeanette lost 26lbs in 16 weeks and is one strong momma and example to her kids!

I want to talk to you about client “C” who came to me wanting to lose the 20lbs she had gained in the past 2 years. She didn’t understand why she had gained the 20lbs when she felt like she was eating healthy most of the time and was doing online strength workouts at home 5x/week and 45 mins on the treadmill 5x/week.

She hadn’t changed anything except the fact that she was getting older. She had lost confidence in herself, was feeling tired, nothing was fitting anymore - she felt stuck and was starting to think this feeling was just part of aging and there was nothing else she could do.

This busy working mom of 2 had had enough and was ready to learn what it took to not only lose the 22lbs but gain a level of strength she didn’t know she had inside her.

“Cheryl taught me not only how to focus on the right exercises to challenge my body and build muscle but even more importantly she taught me how to consume the right levels of protein, calories, fat and macros.

I lost 22lbs and have never felt better. You will never regret investing in yourself to become a healthier version of yourself.”

And she has not stopped; I still work with her online with training and monthly nutritional check-in’s. She’s maintaining her weight while still building muscle, and has lost a total of 30lbs now! To top it off, she went from size 8-10 to size 0-2 and the new jeans she bought before the program (size 28) and now way too big (down to a 25/26 jean!) all while increasing her calories, getting stronger and adding more lean muscle to her body in her mid-40’s.

When A.M came to me, she knew she needed to make a change, not only in her eating habits but to also give herself a kick to get back on track with exercising. She was quickly approaching her 50th birthday and was unhappy with her body and how she was feeling.

She had, had a hysterectomy the year before and was on HRT to regulate her hormones, but her weight was not going in the right direction despite trying to eat healthier.

A.M was not working out at the time we started her 16-week program, and her biggest challenge was deciding on meals and meal/food prepping.

We started by getting the foundation in place...learning what foods were going to be best for hormone health, gut health and insulin sensitivity so that we could start getting the body to respond to food consistency, higher protein and fiber intake plus a consistent training routine that fit her busy work and travel life.

It didn’t take long for A.M’s body to respond, with a 5lbs drop in 1 week and she quickly realized how the structure of what to eat and how often to eat made food planning so much easier.

A.M lost 20lbs and 14.5” in the 16 weeks. She learned the habits to keep the body fat off, travel without worrying about what to eat, and continues to train in my small group training classes.
