1. Your pillowcase. You sleep with your face on it for 8 hours. A few spritzes of lavender linen spray before bed = instant calm. Game changer.

2. Your car. Spray a little on your seat fabric or floor mat. Your commute will never be the same.

3. Your closet. Clothes absorb odours over time. A light mist on your hanging clothes keeps everything smelling fresh between wears.

If my house smells amazing but the laundry isn't folded...

I consider that a successful day.

Listen, I had good intentions.

I was going to:
✔ Fold the laundry
✔ Clean the kitchen
✔ Organize that one drawer

Instead...

I had a coffee.
I lit a candle.
I enjoyed a few minutes of peace.

And honestly? I regret nothing. 😆

Life is busy enough.

Sometimes the dishes can wait.

Sometimes the laundry can wait.

Sometimes you just need your home to smell amazing and your brain to take a little break.

Just me? 😂 Tell me I'm Not Alone

Some mornings I wake up feeling like I've got everything under control.

By lunch, the plan has changed three times.

By dinner, I'm standing in front of the fridge negotiating with a block of cheese and some leftovers.

Adulting is exhausting. 😆

That's why I've learned to appreciate the little things:

💕 A hot coffee before the house wakes up.
💕 A few quiet minutes to myself.
💕 A home that smells amazing even when dinner is still a mystery.

This morning I'm choosing peace over perfection.

There are dishes to do, laundry to fold, emails to answer, and a never-ending list of things that need our attention.

Taking 15 minutes for yourself isn't selfish.

It's how you recharge.

It's how you catch your breath.

It's how you show up for everyone else without running on empty.
