I'm just a woman in her 40s leaning into radical self-love, aging with strength, and treating my body with kindness.
Barre fitness is my self-care of choice, and through it I've transformed my body and mind while gaining a community of uplifting and inspiring women along the way.
Still, my algorithm keeps pushing heavy lifting as the only answer to perimenopause symptoms, and I'm here to remind you that your body knows best.
