Okay…HOW are we half-way through the summer already?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

With a month of lake life, Ultimate frisbee games, World Cup excitement, travel around the province and family gatherings, it’s been a full and happy month.

Keeping on top of healthy habits has also been a prioirty and some of these new products from Nature's Fare Markets have made it that much easier to do so!

The first and last slide are my absolute fav new go-to’s this month but there are some other gems I’ve been loving mixed in there that I thought I’d share with you as well! ☺️

🌟✨ The end of January is here and thought it would be a good time for us to share some of our go-to products at Nature’s Fare Markets this month! 🛒💚

This month, here are my top 7 must-have products that have been my favs for setting a healthy tone for the new year! 🎉

1️⃣ Vitamin K+D: ‘cause you know we’re not getting enough of either! Plus, I love natto and this particular brand includes MK-7 from the natto bean! ☀️
2️⃣ Purica’s Immune 7: with all the bugs going around, this has been my family’s go-to adaptogenic mushroom immune system booster that squashes bugs before they can set into us 🍄‍🟫
3️⃣ Bee Pollin: added to my morning oatmeal and yogurt for added protein and seasonal allergy protection 🐝
4️⃣ Sleepytime Tea: for that after dinner warm up in the evenings 😴
5️⃣ Apple C***r Vinegar: added to water before dinner to help keep blood glucose in check
