🦃🍁 Happy Thanksgiving! 🍁🦃

As we gather around the table with family and friends, let's embrace the cozy vibes and give thanks for all the good things in our lives - like endless poutine, the great outdoors, and our love for hockey, of course.

Whether you're stuffing yourself with turkey, trying to avoid political debates with your relatives, or just enjoying a crisp fall day, remember to appreciate the little moments and the beauty of this incredible country we call home.

Wishing you a day filled with laughter, good food, and all the maple syrup you can handle!❤️🍂

World Mental Health Day is always a great time to check on your friends, family, clients, and connections. You don't always know what people are dealing with, and they don't always know that there is a problem.

Why not send that text, make that call, or send that card to let someone know you care today

In Friday's Tune In With Tony Meditation Class, we will visit another high-vibration question that will bring us new insights instead of the ‘why’ questions.

This week, our topic is "Are You Spiritually Homeless?" Part 3
We will continue our discussion on how we treat ourselves when energetic events happen to us. There is a reason for everything that happens to us, including trauma incidents or accidents, as we call it.

We will take a deeper dive into the compatibility of why some people move away from each other in relationships when one party has chosen to disconnect from source and become spiritually homeless.

Join us on Friday at 1:30 pm Eastern to hear more.
