"A true sangha is one that serves the whole.
Those who gather around the pursuit of self-realization, truth, and awakening are ultimately engaged in protecting and nourishing life itself.
The work begins inwardly. As we clear our own misperceptions, anger, fear, and sorrow, we stop feeding the collective field with our unconscious fears and desires. Our inner work becomes collective service.
In sangha, we do not walk the path alone. The presence and reflection of others who are sincerely practicing reinforces our own commitment. We are shaped by what we are surrounded by. When we gather with those oriented toward awareness and integrity, our own intentions are strengthened, and our practice becomes more consistent and wholehearted.
This is how sangha builds a shared mind and shared field of energy. Differences of nationality, race, and status fall away, replaced by recognition of the soul’s journey. Each person becomes a vital thread in the fabric of collective evolution"
