There are people who come into your life and your so glad that they did. I've known this lady for 13+ years. We met taking my first Body talk Foundation course. We clicked right away, they had farmed, she was a avid 4H leader and she loved energy work. She would of been in her early 70's when we first met, but age is truly a number. She had the best quiet energy when it came to holding space in a course or a study session. She was always game, to do a little work! Her wisdom of life would come forward and all who were in her space were greatly impacted. It could be from a hug, a quick hand squeeze, a recipe or a full energy session. She did all these things with love, true genuine energy and connection.
I think each time I came home from a course with her(which were many). I would say"I want to be like her, loving to learn at any age". Her love of learning, connecting, holding space and her guiding will be something I cherish and will hold onto.
I'm so blessed I got to live and learn from one of the best. Thank you for everything. Rest easy my friend❤️
