At Renew Counselling & Health Coaching, we help repair the pain from your past, build a deeper relationship with self, and cultivate a life of holistic well-being. Imagine a place where teen girls go to feel safe, boost their self-confidence and have not only one coach, but TWO COACHES on their side helping them navigate all of the emotional, physical and social stressors that the teen years bring

. More and more, we see teen girls coming to Renew seeking help with low self-esteem, lack of confidence in their bodies, conflict in relationships, eating disorders, social anxiety and depression. We’ve seen girls who have withdrawn from the school system due to anxiety and bullying, self-harm and suicide attempts are on the rise, and parents can’t seem to keep up with the ongoing pressures from social media platforms. While counselling has its benefits, often treatment can be slow and drawn out…One hour of counselling per week countered with 167 hours with peers, social media, and their racing thoughts can take many sessions to see any improvements. That is why we have developed “GIRL GOALS”! Our teens not only get one virtual coaching session per week, they have access to an exclusive Facebook group where they can connect with their coaches on an ongoing basis! Not only do they have support from their coaches, they have a safe place to connect with like-minded teens who are going through the same struggles. We understand that group interaction can be scary, that is why we are using Zoom so the client can stay anonymous until they are comfortable and ready! Who “GIRL GOALS” is for:

 Our girls learn how do develop their self-worth from a young age so they can carry themselves with confidence for the rest of their lives.

 Our girls learn how to set healthy boundaries and communicate with assertiveness.

 Our girls are able to change the “I can’t” to “I can do anything I set my mind to”.

 Our girls are able to manage their social anxiety and finally making positive connections.

 Our girls are setting goals at a young age and are becoming empowered to chase their dreams.

 Most of all, our girls are learning to respect and love themselves from the inside out and are developing a bulletproof mindset that will benefit them long into their adult years. Best of all, we are able to offer this program at a fraction of the cost of traditional therapy! Weekly sessions can cost anywhere between $450-$800 per month, and like we mentioned earlier, the process can be long and frustrating for not only the child, but the parents as well. There are always two voices.

The one that tells you you're falling behind.
And the one that reminds you you're on your own path.

The one that says you're too much.
And the one that reminds you you're allowed to take up space.

The one that says you have to prove your worth.
And the one that knows your existence is enough.

The one that says a mistake means you've failed.
And the one that sees mistakes as part of learning and growth.

Most of us have both voices.

The challenge isn't making the critical voice disappear. It's noticing which voice we're listening to and which one we're feeding.

Because over time, the voice we practice listening to becomes the one we believe.

Navigating ADHD & Autism in Catholic School

The life you're building doesn't need to make sense to everyone else.

Sometimes healing means making choices that other people don't fully understand.

Setting boundaries.
Changing direction.
Choosing rest.
Starting over.
Asking for help.

Not everyone will understand your decisions, and that's okay.

What matters most is whether they align with your values, your needs, and the life you want to create.

We all know that healthy foods help us feel better, have more energy, and support our health.

If you're the one everyone depends on, read this.

Who's taking care of you?

Not the version of you that keeps the schedules running.
Not the version of you that remembers every appointment, packs every lunch, solves every problem, and makes sure everyone else is okay.

You.

The person underneath all of the responsibilities.

So many parents spend their days caring for everyone around them while quietly putting their own needs aside. Eventually, exhaustion becomes normal. Rest feels uncomfortable. Asking for help feels difficult. And taking time for yourself starts to feel selfish.

But it isn't.

You were never meant to carry everything alone.

You deserve rest.
You deserve support.
You deserve care, too.

And you don't have to wait until you're completely burned out to receive it.

Sometimes the most important question you can ask yourself is:

"What do I need right now?"
