If your baby prefers turning their head to one side, it could be more than just a habit. A common reason is torticollis! A tightness in the neck muscles that can make one direction feel easier or more comfortable.

Signs parents may notice:
✨ Head always turned the same way
✨ Difficulty feeding on one side
✨ Flat spot developing on the head
✨ Preference using one arm more than the other
✨ Head tilt

The good news? Early support can make a big difference. Gentle movement, positioning tips, tummy time, and pediatric chiropractic care may help improve comfort and mobility.

The earlier it’s addressed, the easier it often is to correct movement patterns.
