A little nervous system reset for sweet senior girl, Nama. 🐾❤️

Her owner reached out because Nama had been limping a little through her hind end, so we spent some quiet time together with Spinal Flow.

And apparently, the cats decided they didn’t want to miss out either… 😹🐈

Let's clear something up: Spinal Flow isn't about "fixing" you. 🕊️

I'm not here to diagnose, treat, or promise a cure. What I am here for is giving your nervous system permission to slow down, settle, and remember what safety feels like.

Sometimes that shows up as a release. Sometimes it's just the deepest breath you've taken all week. Both are the work.

You don't need to be broken for this to be for you. You just need a body that's ready to rest.

✨ Relaxation is the medicine. Regulation is the goal. You do the rest.

That shake-up often starts in the nervous system. When it's stuck in patterns of protection and bracing, your body holds on to those old stories right along with you. Regulating it doesn't force anything to change — it just gives you access to the choice.

Healing is something you learn to do for yourself. I just help create the space for it.

And it isn't linear. It's not all rainbows and laughter — sometimes it's messy, sometimes it's angry. What matters isn't avoiding that. It's what you do with it when it shows up.

My job is to disrupt the pattern. Yours is to meet what's underneath it.

I've been quiet on here for most of the summer — not because I stepped away from healing, but because I needed to step back to figure out what I actually wanted.

Distance gave me perspective. Away from my practice, I found a deeper appreciation for what happens in a session — those moments of really tuning in. Away from social media, I found quiet, and space to hear my own voice instead of chasing the next new thing.

Somewhere in that stillness, I let go of the pressure to always be making something happen. And what I came back to, with more gratitude than ever, was the subtle, steady work of Spinal Flow and nervous system regulation.

Supporting this handsome young Andalusian as his body continues to grow and develop. 🐴

Young horses carry so much — new work, new expectations, new pressure on a body that’s still figuring itself out. Sessions like this aren’t about fixing anything. They’re about giving his nervous system a chance to settle, so his body can do what it’s meant to do: grow, adapt, and find its own alignment.

Connection before correction, always. Especially with the young ones.
