i work with individuals navigating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, and a range of mental health concerns.
i use evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), accelerated resolution therapy® (ART) and exposure and response prevention (ERP), within a trauma-informed and compassionate framework.
my goal is to make therapy feel human, safe, and approachable - a space where you can move at your own pace and feel supported in your growth!
