If you are not able to make it in today either cancel and rebook or if appropriate change your appointment to a telephone appointment. This can be done using Pomelo, the online booking portal or by calling the office.

Good morning,

We’ve received some feedback that appointment reminders may not be going out as expected.

If you log in to your patient portal, you can always view your upcoming appointments there. If you’re ever unsure about your appointment date or time, this is the best place to check.

When booking an appointment, you also have the option to add it directly to your Outlook or Google calendar. We highly recommend doing this so it’s saved in your schedule.

Flu Season Reminder

Flu activity is higher than usual this season. The flu shot is a safe and effective way to protect yourself and those around you.

If you haven’t had your flu vaccine yet, we encourage you to get it soon. Vaccination can help prevent serious illness and support the health of our community.
