I spent the weekend barefoot with some Soul Friends dancing, drinking, and partying to some dirty ass beats.

I’m so impressed by Renegade Emporium and what Mat, Katie, and Amelia physically built. They absolutely killed it this weekend. Selling Bone Broth until 5 in the morning!

Sonic Springs Music, Arts & Wellness Festival caught me by surprise. In my experience it felt like a more intimate mini Shambhala. I was in awe of the energy I felt and the craftsmanship they put into the stages.
