🚨 I have a very serious business decision that needs to be made…

Apparently, owning a private aesthetics studio now requires having a desk goose.
I don’t make the rules. 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

And because mine clearly has more personality than some people I’ve met, she cannot continue going by “the goose.”

She needs a NAME.

Currently she is dressed as a turkey, wearing a tiny turkey hat… while still very much being a goose. 🪿🦃

Unpopular opinion: this may be the best employee I’ve ever had.
She never calls in sick.
She doesn’t steal my lunch.
She listens to all the salon gossip and tells NO ONE.
And she’s always appropriately dressed for the occasion. 💅🏼😂

So I’m handing this very important responsibility over to you:

And don’t give me something boring. This woman works at Pure Aesthetics. She needs a name with a little attitude. 😂

Sometimes moving forward starts with the smallest things — taking care of yourself, doing something that makes you feel confident, and deciding you’re ready for the next chapter.

And yes… sometimes that little confidence boost comes with a gorgeous tan. 🤎

A spray tan isn’t about trying to be someone you’re not. It’s about looking in the mirror and thinking, “Okay girl… I’m feeling like myself again.”

So book the tan. Put on the outfit. Make the plans. Take the picture. Start over if you need to.

There are better days ahead, and you deserve to feel amazing while you’re walking toward them. ☀️

You don’t owe everyone an explanation for the life you choose.

Not everyone will understand your boundaries.
Not everyone will understand why your priorities changed.
And not everyone needs to.

At some point, you stop living to be understood and start living in a way that actually makes you happy.

More peace. More sunsets. More time with the people and animals I love. More doing what makes me feel alive. And a whole lot less explaining myself. 🖤

Being unbothered doesn’t mean you don’t care. It means you’ve finally figured out what deserves your energy.

At this stage of my life, I’m choosing good skin, good nails, good people, a peaceful home, strong boundaries, beautiful experiences and a life that actually feels good to live.

I’ll still have the coffee.
I’ll still buy the flowers.
I’ll still get my nails done.
I’ll still chase bigger goals.
And I’ll absolutely still remove myself from anything that constantly disturbs my peace. ✌🏼

Maybe getting older isn’t about becoming a different woman.

Maybe it’s about finally becoming more of yourself… and apologizing for it less. 🖤
