Hi 👋🏻 I’m Marcia (Mar See Ya) 🖤 I just want to send out a sincere thank you to everyone that supports my small business. It is run by my heart + soul and the fact that I can offer this service to our community is truly a dream come true. 🧘🏻♀️ I am a Kindergarten RECE with BWDSB, Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Children’s Yoga Teacher. All my jobs fill my bucket, my heart, my mind. 👩🏻🎤 We are in the Aquarian Age right NOW, WE are the Pioneers of guiding ‘our’ children in The Information Age. AND what a task it is. We cannot parent the same way our parents did and our kids needs are not the same as what ours were. Old ways are not going to work for this generation. And that’s okay. It is very clear by the chaos that is funneling around the world, in our communities, in our homes and in our hearts, minds and physical bodies. 🌿We need to know peace. 🐲 We are not in a War torn country. But our children are exposed to War, S*x, Drugs, Swearing, Horrific News on a daily basis in some cases, at home, school, through video games, apps, Internet, t.v. and radio. 💔 "Children and Youth are being fed information at a rate SO FAST that what they are exposed to in ONE day equals that to a child/youth in the 1940's in one Year". (need to find source). Read that again and just let it sink in. 👹 Our nervous systems are not designed to process that. No wonder our kids are restless, minds racing, trouble focusing, acting out, hurting themselves and each other, or worse. 🐒 They are simply trying to work out feelings and emotions that they are not sure how to deal with. In short they need us. They need our calm and presence. 🌈 But there IS HOPE. 🐌 I truly believe our children need us to be there, listen, cherish, slow life down and trust our instincts. 🦉 How do we do this ? Through our own awareness and mastery of our mental and physical health, through community and connection. Through Kundalini Yoga Practice, it is the yoga of awareness.
