Retreat Reflection

This past weekend we held our first overnight retreat in Inverhuron. We were blessed with great weather and a truly wonderful group of attendees.
“Rest and Reflect” became something more than we could have asked for as we flowed leisurely from activity to rest, to playfulness and laughter.
Our attendees showed up for themselves, were vulnerable, courageous and embraced the quiet influence of the magical space.
A huge thank you to my co-runner Trish and to Inverhuron for being its charming self.

We look forward to running many more of these and continuing to support the wellbeing of Kincardine, Port Elgin and the surrounding communities.

Eric is offering a fun yoga class welcome to all. Class will involve some energetic movement and breathing. A yoga mat, towel or blanket is recommended but not necessary. This is a kid friendly fun event so bring your family and friends for some fun and healthy movement.

Check it out to register for our regular classes and stay tuned for specialty class announcements coming.

Please remember the studio gets extra busy in the fall and we wish accommodate as many of you as possible. Registration is required for each weekly class via our website, please don’t come to class if you feel unwell, no shows and last minute cancellations will still be charged and if a class is full and you wish to attend keep an eye on the website as cancellations happen frequently.
