REIKI is an energy healing technique that involves gentle movement of the practitioner to guide the flow of energy through the body. This will help you reduce stress, and promote healing.
CULINARY NUTRITION EXPERT Will work with you to develop meal plans in line with your dietary needs, create recipes, teach in-person or online cooking classes, support your health & wellness.
