Please welcome Sarah & Kiera to KORR.

Sarah and Kiera are joining the KORR team, and I'm incredibly excited about what they bring to our community.

Sarah has a strong passion for trauma work and helping people work through experiences that have had a lasting impact on their lives. She brings warmth, compassion, and a genuine desire to help people heal and move forward.

Kiera brings a unique perspective as a former provincially and nationally ranked competitive athlete. She is passionate about working with teens, young adults, and women navigating sport, school, performance, relationships, family, confidence, and the pressures of life today.

But this isn't simply about adding two new therapists.

I will be working alongside Sarah and Kiera, collaborating with them and sharing the KORR systems, strategies, programs, and philosophy that have been built through my experience working with first responders, high performers, elite athletes, and people navigating the challenges of everyday life.

The goal is simple:

To give more people access to the kind of support that has helped so many within the KORR community.

A big thank you to Tatum White and TW Hockey for giving me the opportunity to spend some time with your players and talk about the mental side of hockey.

Tatum is doing an incredible job working with young female athletes. She brings not only a wealth of hockey knowledge and experience, but also the ability to connect with young girls, understand where they are in their development, and help them build confidence while striving toward their potential.

The environment Tatum creates is about so much more than hockey skills. It’s about helping young athletes grow, challenge themselves, believe in themselves, and become better players and people.

If you have a young female hockey player looking to develop her skills, confidence, and love for the game, I highly recommend checking out everything Tatum and TW Hockey have to offer.
