Welcome to the Stage with The Mind @ onemind.ca here sharing thoughts through one that is call a Solutions Consultant, Spiritual Architect / Bodyz Mekanix; a mouth full for sure, one would like to say. I can be called an Emotional Rescue Consultant. One's sounding board, and lots that I have yet to hear, here to listen to one’s view of the unexplained.

Sharing more thoughts in an unpredictable State of Mind, from a Mind Real Estate, seeking answers through questioning. As we are navigating our way through the wilderness of our thoughts. Not here to change, not here to convert or make claims, that we or I know more than the other, in each of our beliefs or what one choose to believe in. As we try to illuminate our lives within what we all have come to agree and called the World. The one so full of hate, busy inflicting pain and suffering on each other, for the pleasure of it.

Most importantly though, remember those pains we feel, and or suffering, can be of our own doing. Only can come from the way we will react, to what is going on. The other to remember, our body is the only thing, we’re guaranteed to keep for an entire lifetime. That lifetime, is, from the day we arrive here, to the day we leave from whence we came.

Leaving you with a thought in a question; since we arrived here, we’ve been looking for Tomorrow, the only thing we found to date, is Today, so, what are you going to do with it, today that is? A loss in wishing!
Don't regret the words or actions you have used, reflect upon them, in order not to engage in using them in the future. It is a privilege for meeting the people you have met in your life, not a right.

Everyone is granted life, it too is a privilege to have, not a right. Regret comes when we start having more wishes and dreams of what could have been, than memories of the times. Spending more time, with self wishing you had more time, with what you no longer can change.
Remember
Our action, towards others, is not the action of a disease – is more of an intent with the lock of strength towards the survival, of that meeting. To over come all our fault falls, disappointments, or what seem or appears to be a problem with another in life.

It too is a self creation, stating I am respecting the wishes, when we have no idea of their wishes.
What is in our control is our action or actions, engage mind, before mouth expresses. Seek to find than to destroy, which you have not built, the other person may be going through the same.

Where did April fool come from?

Do I really want to know, no, not all, so, why am I asking? On this day April 01, 1973, I received a letter from a then friend, looking to visit at Easter.
With a pledge to be move than a friend, after our meet, and to this day I still remember what they were wearing.
Funny thing I do not remember much, but has life would have it, we did meet up. We move apart and lost in touch. With the magic of Facebook, we meet again, still moving forward.
So, what is it with this message, for a guy who does not keep things, 51 years later I am reading that letter. What would the message here, just before the closing of April 1, 2024, I found this letter, a message I am to receive.
Message, no fool here, yet to be conformed.

Blessings and Sharing Greetings

May the blessings Jah, greets you on this Sunday, with open arms, dear Fellow Travellers, as we meet, through this thing we call writing, on our way moving forward. Those we can see, those we cannot anymore, for whatever the reason.

I send greetings and sharing blessings on this, what has become a tradition through the journey of time. To those present, and refusing to read, it will not change the outcome, the message will still be sent out. The care, and remembering those we meet, and cannot forget, those we yet to meet, it will also not change.

The message will still go out, mostly for those we wish most to hear our message, those who have move forward before their time, or at their time. Wherever you may be, or they may be, if you hear it or not, this message is being sent to you from a thinking heart. Missing your laughter, your care for things and those around you, and sometimes misunderstood, that message was always there.

To those present and for their reason for refusing not to be seen or heard the message will still be sent out. We accept the fact that we cannot change the reason for what is. We can only respect it because it is and was out of our control. Our change does not come from wishing, only from action taken, and wait for the result.
The door, will not open, until there is a knock, question who will you let in. Who do you want in, not all knocks are the same.

The Garden for Life Elixirs

Yes, Life Elixirs, and to a long list of what those would be? With all beginnings, they come with a story that has been handed down, through time as it has been told over our lifetime. One of man’s most notable stories would be the story of the Garden of Eden; with the suggestion on food, so noted the apple. Many other things was offered too, the wisdom of making choice, listening, and most of all, taking responsibility for our actions.

Then, there was the biggest conversation, I believe was taking place around the same time, what has become a well-known story as well. The one about Good and Evil, now the question, who won, or did it ended in a draw, or that conversation is still taking place? The good in the beginning, came from a guy to be call God, to make all things possible for us to enjoy, mostly the Heaven and the Earth. We hear he also added man or Humans in all that conflict.

We can further say, it is all a Plan, so what is that plan? No answer here, the search is still on, but we be taking a lesson from God. In offering our Plan in continuing what God has started. Okay somewhat, to help provide a place to serve human or mankind as we now know it. So, from God’s Garden of Eden to our Bodyz Garden, our plan begins with you. In the spirit and in a philosophy of this belief, in Health and Wellness Care; we invite you to Reclaim Your Body, Improve Your Health and Wealth.

Following in the footstep so to speak as spring, followed by summer is about to be here, for you to reclaim your rightful place in the seasons of Change. What is the Bodyz Garden doing, we are sharing services, programs, and products. For the improvement and maintaining of our body's health. And to the environment, in which it lives, work and play...outcome, simply maintaining our Flower of Youth.

How do we go about doing that, first we, consider the best products in our opinion, to provide you with healing and wellness care. Tune-ups, system flush, body balancing, nutritional supplements, and simple fine tuning; our choice is by Forever Living Products. We know what we will be doing or start doing with our vehicles for winter? Now coming out of winter, the question here now, what will you be doing about your bodies, mind, your vehicle to help you through what’s yet to come? What are doing to keep you safe? Here are a few questions for you, when is the last time you look into the Mirror, with care? Concern, with what you do see, or you just taking it for granted? How are you treating it, that you are looking at?
Is it running mentally, emotionally, and physically, the way you like without any obstructions?
Are you depriving your body of the things it needs or been asking for?
How much are listening to your body and to what is it saying to you? Is, it knocking, paining and a long list from the lack of care and kindness?

Yes, to that one-of-a-kind amazing life transportation machine? Is your body functioning as well as you would like it or it should?
Are you using high octane fluids and foods, like you put into your material vehicle? Are you just using any low hit and run junk food, and then chasing supplements to maintain the efficiencies it deserves. We are saying to you, take care of it now, this vehicle there is no Trade in; No (Re-Call), your body it comes only in one Model the one you have! If you don't take care of your body...who will? More to the point where will you live…sure not in your vehicle? Think of it, this way, what you put in, is what you get out...is a metaphor among humans and is well used to make a point. How far will you go for not blaming others, for your care? Okay, spring is here, pretty much all over the world, and stating change is also here for you? With the above thoughts in mind, we have an offer to share with you the interesting members of mankind. Since, we are serving a Life sentence in caring for ourselves. Saving Miss or Mister?

Life has come a long way, for us, so fill in the blanks, so, put his or her name in, has to who you are trying to save? Some many years back, a movie came out called Driving Miss Daisy. Today’s reflection came about after seen a message posted. It states I am in a relationship, that statement woke me up, to the similarities of Driving Miss Daisy, and now to Saving Miss or Mister?

Each example is about taking care of another if it is required or not. Now, using the word relationship, in this context, based on the post, is about to send your mind on a world wind tour. Cannot wait to see where this is going, truth is, this message is not for everyone who will be reading it. Yet, again, we it may have some similarities of all our relationships. In relations to having or sharing time and space with another. Let say it this way if the shoe fit, lace it up, your journey just begun.

Let’s go for ride on the mind train and see what we can observe and may discover. Everything we do, with others or ourselves, I believe we are having a relationship. A relationship, in one way are another, we just need to define the kind of relationship, we are having. Since this word relationship has taken on, such a wide spectrum of meanings. It appears the only meaning we want to see or deal with is the one. The one where two people want to share time in the same space, and also call it dating. Where we are so busy looking to get closer to, my question here, closer to what?

The need to having someone else in your life, looking to fill a gap, to fill a need, all yet to be define, by the seeker. The other thing I observe that we do not find, is a new territory to search for a new relationship. Now we need to define what is a new relationship. The one that looked like the one I just messed up, and the search continues. The other person may be new, from the last, in many ways than the other. This question to the seeker, have you changed, in your quest to finding that replacement?

Next, what was wrong with the last, was it about the person you were with, or it was about you the seeker, looking to find you in them? And were they very similar to the last, I would ask why that is, we have experiences from the last to work with the new. Are we seeking out everything from our past to try and fix, our present moment through them. What we are you doing, are you having a DeJa’Vu moment or a groundhog day. Looking for your shadow, to find the light and to stand right. With our lives, repeating itself over and over again, looking to make sense of what you do not understand, then asking why is it happening?

This ride, if nothing at all, it is allowing you to ask yourselves a few or many questions.

From Across the Pond

Sharing with care and concern, this I received and it goes like the following. I have not heard from you for a couple of months now, and it is not looking good despite all my messages to you. Brother, never let anyone bring you down. You have to keep going. Accept the challenges so that you can feel the exhilaration of victory.

If you have a positive attitude and constantly strive to give your best effort, eventually you will overcome your immediate problems and find you are ready for greater challenges. The triumph can't be had without the struggle. People are at their best when they are challenged. If we don't challenge ourselves, nature has a way of giving us challenges anyway.

There is great value in our struggles, and human nature has shown us that we only value the things we struggle to achieve. Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome. I can't change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination.

Believe you can and you're halfway there. Hope in the shadow of fear is the world's most powerful motivator. It's a funny thing about life, once you begin to take note of the things you are grateful for, you begin to lose sight of the things that you lack.

Traditions verses Beliefs. Are they both the same?
Is springing forward of nature or of man’s belief?
I once was told that Action shapes Destiny…and it is the intention of Divine Law, Mind & Order.
Further, we gain strength and courage, and confidence with each experience in which we really need to stop and look fear in the face…how, at the point we feel we cannot, is when we must.

We are about to close another season and welcome a fresh start to another. This new season always promises great abundance in your lives Though sometimes leaving one into another, can be about Joy or sadness in our lives. What we need to realize is that we cannot change them, we can only react to them, and how will determine our results.

We create memories every moment in our lives, they’re not just part of our past, they can create our next moment...in sadness or joy.
We are the only ones who can heal ourselves, no wishing, no implied guilt feelings, no expectation of others, just our own desires to be and a lot of believing in the One.

Spring is upon us once again with exciting possibilities like the rising Sun on any morning introducing us to a new day. Even if we cannot see it-it is still rising anyway.
This is our beginning, our jumping-off point for renewing, restoring, and reconnecting to that which we had given up on or let go of...our beliefs, our dreams, ourselves, and our commitments to share and shine so others can do the same.

Yesterday does not matter anymore, what we’ve learned- if anything; can only help us today, to be better to ourselves- towards our forward motions.

The Keeper and Messager

Whose Life would you like to improve today, why not start with yours?

What do we believe? The question itself is an endless one to process in search of answers, however, we as believers, and claim non-believers alike, we all do believe. We believe in something and sometimes we cannot control what we want to believe in. What has been influencing mankind the most is a book, which comes with many names of its own. It is, known to be inspired and infallible to be the only authoritative Words of God our Creator. A statement, no one can truly disagree with, because whatever the truth is, it is here and not going anywhere. As a matter of fact, the only fact one can call a fact is that it is here to stay, even after we leave, ready for the next incoming.

Have you ever wondered, maybe not a good question here, because I believe all of us do it every day? We wander through time and space, about things that have passed, things that have nothing to do with us personally in most cases. What we do know is that we are here, and we believe we are; what we are doing here is another thing altogether. We do know the bible is in our lives for a reason, and many have been spending time looking for that reason. The concepts and philosophies within its pages, appear to bear the belief that we have come to honor for strength and stability. On our forward motion through our journey through our unlimited possibilities and unknowns.

What is Our Mission? Is a question, we the humans reading this would want to know? We need to arrive at a point that we will call our mission; that we are of service to others, to help to impact the Body and Mind, and when we do find it, we know we have arrived. To serve by our philosophy and belief and in finding a solution to make it simple for people to stay out of hell on earth. We recognize that we already live in a very sick world, the truth is the world is not sick at all, just the people in it.

Further, to be part of the light that lights our path of love, hope, and charity in an increasingly hostile environment. We came to believe, that when Jesus was sharing hope, he said, “The thief comes to steal and destroy, but I have come that you might have life and have it to the fullest”. Matthew 17:20 shared with us “…If ye have faith…nothing shall be impossible on to you” Romans 8:31 “…if God be for us, who can be against us?”

Love, Hope, Charity, a message that has been around, we all arrived here with them. Where have they gone, that we only want to talk about them. I leave you with this question, for you to ponder on, not wonder on, the question is. Are those three words about doing for, about us taking action on, sharing, instead of telling?
