Apologies for my slow responses. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. I always intend to respond "later" and then get so bogged down with messages that I miss a fair number. I've brought in help for responses and scheduling, but as a reminder, the online booking tool is available at www.toddspooner.com which negates the need to wait on me. I never mind an overbooking, I always have something else I can do. It's there to help all of us.
