17 years in the beauty industry.

When I started, I thought my job was about treatments.

Now I know it's about something much bigger.

Over the years, I’ve met hundreds of women from different countries, backgrounds, and walks of life.

Many arrive feeling nervous.

Worried about discomfort. Worried about being judged. Worried about things nobody else even notices.

And every time, I remind them of the same thing:

You don’t need to be perfect to deserve self-care.

My job isn’t to judge.

My job is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.

After 17 years, that’s still my favorite part of what I do.

What people think working in beauty looks like:
coffee, cute notebooks and calm days ☕

Reality?

One cancellation.
One reschedule.
One “sorry I forgot”.

And suddenly your perfectly planned day turns into chaos 😅

But honestly?
That’s part of the job too.

Behind every appointment there’s preparation, scheduling, time blocked off and often saying no to someone else.

I always try to be understanding — because life happens.

But trust and respect go both ways 🤍

Most people think it’s just about removing hair.
It’s not.
You can learn techniques.
You can practice on dozens of people.
You can get “good with your hands.”
But that’s not what makes clients come back.
What actually matters?
• how you make someone feel during the appointment
• whether you notice discomfort before they say it
• how you adjust to different people
• what questions you ask (and what you catch between the lines)
Because for someone it’s just a routine visit.
And for someone else — it took courage to even book.
And yes…
real professionals never stop learning.
Skin. Hair growth. Reactions. Aftercare. Communication.
That’s why results — and experience — are never random.
The difference is always in the details.🤍

A lot of people delay it… just because they feel uncomfortable.
