Sugaring is less invasive to the skin and non-toxic. Often wax contains chemicals and is warmed up. If

wax is over heated it can burn the skin. Sugar is lukewarm when applied to the skin. Sugar paste takes off any dead skin cells, leaving your skin smooth and exfoliated. It is water-soluble thus can be washed off with water making less mess. Wax often requires chemicals to remove off any excess wax. The Technique

Wax is applied with the direction of hair growth but removed against the grain of hair growth. This can cause the hair to break off and more chances for ingrown hairs. Sugar paste is removed in the same direction hair grows. This puts less strain on the skin and ensures that the hair is removed. Sugaring is also good for sensitive skin because it is non-toxic and all natural.
