Walking through the late summer rain, the gentle water touching my skin.
There is something pristine,
something sacred,
something divine
about summer rain.
The ground feels warm,
grounding,
steady beneath my feet.
The air feels dense
as it wraps around my body.
Serene.
The aromas highlighting their sweetness,
the freshness of pines and cedars,
intoxicating perfumes,
notes of life gently moving,
now coming to a pause.
The rain nurturing me,
comforting me,
reminding me that life is already complex,
already full of so much.
There is no need for us to make it harder.
Maybe it is simply a reminder
to learn to flow,
to be gentle,
to care,
to nurture,
to connect with the most basic,
the most essential…
the water that sustains life.
And for a moment,
just to walk,
to feel,
to breathe,
and to let life be. ❤️🌹.
