I remember staring down at that weight, 135lbs of steel.

It felt heavy, impossible. Frustrated that I couldn't lift it,

I knew something had to change. That's when I turned to Driedger Fitness and began my journey to strength and health.

With the help of a lifting program tailored to my needs and goals, I began to learn the importance of patience and progressive overload.

I pushed myself day after day, week after week, building my strength and endurance slowly but surely.

And it paid off.

1.5 years later, I found myself staring down at a much heavier weight - 225lb. And this time, I was actually able to lift it!!

The feeling of accomplishment was very satisfying!!

But it wasn't just about the weight. I had also learned how to eat to perform, fueling my body with the nutrients it needed to excel.

And as I turned 39 this year, I can honestly say that I feel better than ever.
