It’s time to share a personal update.
As of the end of June, I’ll be starting a new chapter in Calgary as we make a move for my husband’s career.
With that move comes the decision to step away from the services I’ve offered for nearly a decade.
This decision has come with a lot of emotions.
Building The Studio has been one of the biggest accomplishments of my life. What started as a dream became a space filled with incredible clients, friendships, laughter, support, and so many memories I’ll carry with me forever.
While our move is the reason I will be leaving, the truth is that my body has also been asking me for a change for quite some time now. Between several back injuries this past year, and the physical demands of the work I do, I’ve been feeling the pull toward a different season of life and business.
As hard as it is to step away from something I’ve poured my heart into, I’m choosing to trust that it’s time for a fresh chapter.
The Studio will continue operating as usual, and it’s business as normal while we work through what the exciting new future looks like. As soon as I have more information to share, I promise you’ll hear it from me.
To every client who trusted me, supported me, referred friends, cheered me on, and helped build this beautiful community, thank you. You’ve been such an important part of this journey, and I’m more grateful than I can put into words.
I know this has come very suddenly, it’s been a month with a lot to process!
To my Brow clients… Mandy has graciously accepted to take you as her own 🤍 which is making this transition much easier on my heart! You can book your annual refreshers here with her moving forward. (I do have a couple spots left at the end of June, you can also be put on a waitlist, as I will return for a couple of days in the fall to catch people that weren’t quite ready. You can email or text The Studio to be put on that list)
To my fine line tattoo clients, thank you so much for all your love support and trust over the years. Kelsey will take amazing care of you once she’s back from maternity leave.
