Somewhere along the way, we were taught that health was complicated.
A new diet every year.
A new supplement every month.
A new expert telling us what to fear next.
Yet the human body has spent thousands of years thriving with many of the same fundamentals.
Sunlight.
Movement.
Real food.
Rest.
Connection.
Time in nature.
A regulated nervous system.
This doesn't mean modern medicine doesn't have its place. It absolutely does.

The body is not broken.
It is constantly communicating.
Through fatigue.
