Through gentle Reiki, guided meditation, and the soothing sounds of the drum, gong, singing bowls, and chimes, you’ll be supported in settling into deep relaxation. As the body unwinds and the nervous system calms, the tender places within are given space to be acknowledged and cared for with compassion.

Come as you are. Bring a blanket, an eye covering, and anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported.

🌍💚 Happy Earth Day
Today is a gentle reminder that we don’t just live on Earth — we are in relationship with her. Every breath we take, every drop of water, every meal, every season… comes from Mother Earth doing her best to keep us alive and thriving.

When she’s healthy, we’re healthy. When we care for the land, the water, the animals, and the air, we’re really caring for ourselves and the generations coming after us. Even small choices matter — how we consume, what we throw away, how we reconnect with nature in our everyday lives.

Let’s not just celebrate her today, but listen to her a little more closely every day. 🌿
