Frustration.
Disbelief.
Numbness.
Even moments of laughter when a beautiful memory finds its way back to you.

Grief can have you crying one moment and feeling completely normal the next. It can leave you searching for answers that may never come.❤️‍🩹✨🪽

There is no right way to grieve.
There is no timeline.
And there is no emotion you are supposed to be feeling right now.

When someone leaves this world suddenly, our hearts and minds struggle to catch up. Be gentle with yourself.✨🪽

Cry when you need to cry. Be angry when you’re angry. Sit quietly when words don’t come. Say their name. Share the stories. Remember the laughter.

I am walking through this grief alongside many of you. My heart is hurting too.❤️‍🩹
