My answer is almost always yes. 🤍

As a practitioner, I love hearing those little belly gurgles, seeing clients yawn, watching tears gently fall, or hearing someone clear their throat. 🙌

These responses tell me that the body is beginning to soften, regulate, release, and come back into balance.💫

Your lymphatic system, digestive system, nervous system, emotional body, and energetic body are all connected. When one begins to shift, the others often respond as well.✨
