So grateful and blessed to have joined forces with this beautiful soul, to combine gentle movement and Pranic healing this past weekend at Weaver lake.

This healing and aligning meditation had been brewing in me for the past 2 years. On the eve of the 3rd year, we were invited to host this experience at our celebratory camping weekend ( ).

This dock was a new addition, and the universe could not have provided at a better time. When I saw the layout, the synthesis of Prana in one place (Air, Solar,Water,Earth), I looked at Jess and said "I would love to host it here". Thank goodness all 20 of us fit!

Gentle stretch yoga, sound guided cleansing and aligning meditation with soft live sound additions (rain stick, drum, birds chirping at the exact right moments), followed by a dip in the lake, was a beautiful addition to a great day.

This healed my soul, as well as offered that for others. I was blown away by the flow of synchronicity, and the openness of the group to explore ventures that many had never experienced before.

I pray for more moments like this, to hold and offer space to align with our spirit and connect to nature around us.

Very few things that exist in nature are 1 dimensional. There are multiple facets to many a shape.

Therefore there are many viewpoints, depending on the angle. Artists and photographers tend to grasp this concept quite quickly. All viewpoints form a more complete picture of what is at hand. No one viewpoint captures a whole story.

Thus there are many layers of truth, and when we combine the many layers we contain a greater whole.

Just when I was feeling a little despairaged, and that the work was great, and the road oft challenging. Just when I was feeling a little disconnected from self and spirit...

These eagles circled above, offering messages of many.

Later that same day I heard news my Associates Certification I had worked very hard for, was finally here. Then this beautiful write up by one of my mentors in the journey to further uplift the spirit.

Yes the road can be long, but there is much to see, do, and experience along the way. We may not always feel connected, but spirit is always there.

Atma Namaste to all the souls that guide us.
