Taking care of my health looks like:
✨ putting God first
✨ supporting my body (yes, strategically)
✨ slowing down instead of always pushing
✨ nourishing myself with real food
✨ growing, learning, evolving
✨ and yes… enjoying the treats without guilt 🍨

Balance isn’t weakness — it’s discipline in disguise.

And yes — a slightly questionable amount of supplements 😂💊

I mean… I am a naturopath
Of course I test things on myself first (someone has to be the guinea pig 🐹)

BUT with my clients? I keep it simple, targeted, and actually necessary 👏🏼
Because more supplements ≠ better results
The right ones, at the right time = everything ✨

• Magnesium 💊
Helps relax the uterus, reduce cramping, and calm the nervous system (less pain, less tension).

• Stress Management 🧘‍♀️
High cortisol = heavier, more painful periods. Slow down, breathe, protect your peace.

• Diet Fixes 🥗
Focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods (think iron, protein, minerals). Your body can’t build healthy blood on junk.

If your grocery cart had a personality… what would it say about you? 🛒😅

Let’s make it simple:

👉 Most of your cart = real, whole foods
(fruits, veggies, meats, eggs, rice, potatoes, good fats)

👉 Some of your cart = good quality “help me out” foods
(Greek yogurt, wraps, pasta, sauces, protein powder, etc.)

You don’t need to eat perfectly.
But your foundation should be foods that actually come from nature, not just packages.

I made this list to take the guesswork out completely — no more walking around the store like “what am I even supposed to buy?” 😩

Is this list the end all be all? No.
But it’s a very solid starting point to stock your fridge and pantry the right way.

Most days I eat like a naturopath…
and some days I eat like a human. 😌

🥗 80% of the time: whole foods, balanced plates, protein first, colours on my fork, meals that support hormones, gut & energy.
🍕 20% of the time: life happens — a dessert with my mom, a dinner out, a latte that just makes my soul happy.

Health isn’t perfection. It’s consistency.
It’s choosing nourishment most days without making food your religion.
