💙 Stroke Awareness: Know the Signs, Save a Life

Recognizing the signs of a stroke quickly can make a life-changing difference.

Stroke risk increases with age, making awareness especially important for older adults, families, and caregivers. 👵🧓

Remember F.A.S.T.:
✅ Face — Is there drooping on one side?
✅ Arms — Is there weakness or numbness?
✅ Speech — Is speech unclear or difficult?
✅ Time — Call for emergency help immediately.

⏱️ Every second counts. Take a moment to learn the signs and share this information with your loved ones.

https://www.facebook.com/share/p/19DxKbs8Re/

💙National Stroke Week is an important annual reminder that knowing the signs of stroke could save the life of someone you love. 👵🧓🏼

More than 2 in 3 people who have a stroke are aged 65 and over, making stroke awareness especially important for older people, their families and carers.

Remember F.A.S.T.:
✅ Face
✅ Arms
✅ Speech
✅ Time

This week, take a moment to learn the signs and share them with your family and friends, because every second counts. ⏱️

Promptd is a platform designed to make the search for a mental health provider more human, with a focus on private clinics. It goes beyond credentials and location to consider what actually shapes a good fit: therapeutic approach, cultural understanding, communication style — and lets you filter by practical needs like language, pricing, availability, and city within the Greater Montréal Area.
For many, finding the right support is often the hardest step — and too often an overwhelming one. Tools like this feel like a step toward reducing that friction and helping people connect with care that actually meets them where they are.
Worth exploring for yourself, your networks, or the communities you support:

Browse a free directory of therapists, psychologists, counsellors, and social workers. Compare profiles, check availability, and book a session on Promptd.
