Hello!!! 👋🏾
My name is Cersten Lyons
I’m a former, A Softball Pitcher from Calgary. I played for Calgary Extreme, Adrenaline, Team Alberta, and I represented Zone Two at the Alberta Summer games in 2010.
I Graduated in 2018 with a Diploma in Integrated Nutrition from Hope College in Drumheller, AB.
In 2018 I became a Certified Nursing Aide through Reddeer Polytechnic College. I stayed employed in that Career for 5 years, in Long Term Care, Assisted Living and Home care.
In 2021 my Husband and I started our own Renovations company. We have been growing every year since we started. It has grown our Marriage, income, mentality, and personal Grit working together. It was the best choice we every made to start our own company. Since then I have stepped away from Nursing, and grown more into that Bookkeeping, Office Administration Role working from home. Which has allowed me to explore more of my passions in life.
After 10 years of struggling with chronic pain after a total hip replacement in 2014 and diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, I was struggling and seeking for any and all natural help to learn how to heal my broken body.
I’ve been greeted by Earthly Angels. I’ve been introduced to some incredible Personal Trainers, who have helped me with Range of Motion, Mobility Training, Flexibility and Strength. Gaining a better posture, and healing the weaker parts of my body.
My Naturopath has helped me run two different detox’s, eliminating toxins from my body, adding Herbal Supplements, and kinesiology adjustments. Swapping Chemical garbage pain control to Natural Pain aids.
My Masseuse has been helping me unlock the trapped Tramua stuck in my muscles, giving me back mobility freedom.
I’ve also made sure to take the time I need for myself. To meditate, journal, stretch, breath deep, use essential oils as therapy, get natural sunlight, stay hydrated, get in nature, drink purified water, eat a balanced diet, take time for quiet, rest, and workout. I’ve done the simple things to heal my body.
I’ve always loved the idea of Reiki but I didn’t fully understand. I met an amazing lady, who taught me this wonderful gift of Usui Reiki. It’s one last part of healing I knew I could do for others and myself. Once I knew the gravity of the healing and how it starts within the soul, the root of who we are, with the small things I was on board. It’s apart of my healing journey and Misson to be able to help others heal now. I’m excited and look forward to giving back.
